Covid-19 Customer Guidance


The safety and wellbeing of our customers remains a priority for Shelly Motors, and so we continue to take steps to reduce the spread of Covid-19.

We have facilitated social distancing within our showrooms, and have enhanced hygiene standards throughout the showroom and particularly when handling vehicles. In addition unaccompanied test drives can be made, subject to availability and driver / rider status.

Some steps we’ve taken:

Frequent sanitisation of the showroom, with increased number of hand sanitisers and wipes

Best practice handwashing encouraged among staff members

Social Distancing



Facilitating safe distancing principles within our showroom for your comfort

For the safety of all, we would request where feasible, customers to leave the premises once their vehicle has been dropped off and only return once advised to do so; as waiting areas are limited under social distancing measures.

In line with government legislation, use of a face covering when visiting our showrooms is optional as of 27 January 2022.
