Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and as we all strive to do our part to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus, our business will be closed in full midday Monday 30th March 2020 until Tuesday 14th April 2020 or until potential government lockdown eases.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR OUR CUSTOMERS?

Please carefully read the following information to find out what arrangements we have in place for our customers during these uncertain circumstances.

AFTERSALES:

SERVICE & REPAIRS:

My vehicle is currently at Shelly Motors for servicing

Arrangements will be made for existing customers to safely collect their vehicles where possible. If you have any urgent queries please contact info@Shellymotors.com

My vehicle is booked in for a service or repair during business closure dates

All appointments have automatically been cancelled. A member of our team will contact affected customers to reschedule your appointment within the upcoming days. If you have any urgent queries, please contact info@Shellymotors.com

Support for key workers and essential services

During this closure, we will only operate to carry out urgent repairs to vehicles belonging to emergency services and key workers such as NHS staff. We have put in place strict measures to ensure protection of our essential staff and those that need to visit to drop off and pick up vehicles (this will be carried out on appointment basis only).

Can I book my vehicle in for service and / or repair work for future dates.

Absolutely! We are looking to reopen on Tuesday 14 April, so please feel free to make a future service booking request by emailing us info@Shellymotors.com

PARTS:

I need Parts or Accessories

We did consider the provision of a skeleton service for essential services support only, but we felt on balance the safety and wellbeing of our staff was paramount. Therefore, we would look to re-open on the Tuesday 14 April 2020.

SALES DEPARTMENT:

I am due to collect my new vehicle.

Any customers whom are in the process of buying and or collecting their new vehicle, we are unable to facilitate completion of sale and handover of your vehicle until we reopen.
